Biyaya is a Filipino word for blessing. I created this website to provide you with easy to understand, up to date tips on nutrition, maintaining a healthy lifestyle and financial health.

This website has been my dream and after two years of dreaming, imagining and planning, I finally took the big leap this year and launched it! My goal is to show you that healthy cooking can be fun and enjoyable. I love to cook and over the years of cooking for family and friends, I have learned lots of tips and tricks, kitchen shortcuts and recipes to help me create culinary delights in my kitchen.

You will be able to find tips on healthy living, exercise and even managing stress.

As a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES), I help patients learn to manage chronic health conditions through healthy eating. I frequently get asked about tips on how to prepare favorite dishes the healthy way while maintaining great flavor.

With the help of my husband, Tim, a Certified Financial Educator, we will also provide you with tips on how to prepare yourself financially for the future, whether you are just starting out with your career or headed towards retirement. After all, biyaya or blessing(s) can come in many forms and in all aspects of life, be it physical, emotional, spiritual or financial.
